Michel Gabriel Davidson, 37, has been a dedicated member of the CrossFit community since 2010 and became CrossFit certified in 2013. As an NSAM Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Michel has trained a diverse range of clients.

Competitive History

Michel, a former elite CrossFit competitor, achieved top 1% rankings among 15,000 athletes in his region.

His competitive journey spans a variety of events, including Hyrox races, 5k, 10k, and 21k road races, as well as challenging 25k trail races across the USA and Latin America.

Whether you opt for a diet plan, a training plan, or a combination of both, you'll receive 1:1 expert guidance from your coach via email exchange with very little left to chance.

With all plans, you are expected to proactively check in with your coach twice a week, providing updates and asking questions. It's important to note that your coach will respond to your updates rather than initiate contact.

They will monitor your weekly progress through these check-ins and make any necessary adjustments based on your feedback.

Your input is crucial for your coach to make informed decisions regarding your plan, so don't hesitate to reach out for help!
